The Classic Gourmet Burger and the Afternoon tea (sandwiches, cakes and scones) are the current Extra bite options on the VS1, VS3, VS9, VS11, VS21, VS25, VS45, VS107 & VS111

Menus in Upper Class are changed every 3 months, although certain dishes may be changed, removed or added more quickly subject to customer and cabin crew feedback.
VS65
Starters
Tomato, mozzarella and micro basil salad (v)
Pieces of buffalo mozzarella and ripe tomatoes with
olive oil, balsamic dressing and sweet pepper
berries
Chicken satay with cashew nut dipping sauce
Tender chicken, served street food style with a
deliciously rich cashew nut dipping sauce with fresh
chilli, coriander and lime
Spicy butternut soup (v)
Hearty, rich and spicy butternut squash soup. Real
comfort food and oh so yummy.
Warm breads
Served with your choice of warm artisan breads:
White baby tin
Wholemeal Kaiser roll
Red bell pepper Ciabatta
Mains
Seafood linguine
Indulgently delicious seared salmon, scallops and
king prawns with linguine pasta. Served with
roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh pea shoots.
Mama mia - it's delicious
Lemon and thyme chicken
Tender breast of chicken served on a potato cake
with spinach, Girolle mushrooms and vegetable
pearls
Keralan curry (v)
A classic, creamy coconut milk vegetarian curry
served with coriander rice and tadka dhal. A curry
to warm up the coldest day
Weeping tiger beef salad
Thai food at its best - chilled strips of tender beef

- Cornish blue
An award winning young, mild blue cheese, it has
a buttery, creamy texture similar to Gorgonzola
with thick streaks of blue. It is a surprisingly mild
and sweet cheese that becomes spicier and
tangier as it ages.
At the bar
Pop by for crisps and savoury nibbles, plus sweet
treats and chocolate. And a selection of fresh fruit.
Extra Bites
Still peckish? Feel free to order one or two of these
small plates, from when we finish your first meal
service up until we approach for landing.
Classic gourmet beef burger
It may be a classic, but we've shaken it up. With
apple, carrot and red cabbage coleslaw and your
choice of Emmental cheese or smoked turkey
bacon topping. Served with mini rosti potatoes

Organic Tuscan bean soup with a light and fresh
pea and bean salad and balsamic dressing
Mini Lamb Pie
A mini minted lamb pie with sugar snap peas, red

I'm doing this trip in December, will this menu still be on or will it have changed? Sorry, I don't know how often they change the menu on Virgin. Thanks for your help
