This month's MBNA card miles

Mine have now arrived.
Good thing is; I've been checking so much that I now now know my FC number by heart.

Hubby's miles from the 15th have arrived overnight too - hooray!

BUT - the hamsters are still playing up .... Yesterday the balance was 25k so with the 4k Amex my maths makes 29k - his on screen balance is 42k

Mine have posted the day after my statement, but they are still asking for the two security questions before log in. On hubbys its straight in but his miles for the car booking from mid October haven't posted yet. On an online chat with VH they said give it till the 5th December as they add them and they could see his account was linked to the booking.

Hubby's done both - an eReward redemption he made on 16th credited on 21st, and a Tesco manual redemption made on the 23rd credited on the 24th.

Has anyone tried to do a transfer to Virgin from e-rewards?

I tried this morning but the site asks for an 11 digit number.

I've already raised this with them as I tried to do the same last week and apparently a fix is on the way

Dear James,

Thank you for your inquiry about redeeming for Virgin Atlantic Flying Club Miles. We have identified a glitch which has prevented a small number of our members from making a redemption. We are working on a hotfix for this issue and you be able to redeem 48 hours from now.

Please accept our apologies.

Re the security questions, since the website changes the new site is not properly compatible with Safari, so if you enter your security answers using Safari they won't save. You can get round the problem by using another browser and then when you return (in Safari) you won't get prompted again for them

No issues here this month.

My miles from my VS AmEx account hit my FC account yesterday (the same day my statement was generated) without any issues.

Same here...Miles landed on the same day as the statement. Normal service is resumed.
They even knew about my new F.C. Number .

LOL - you and me both, only I'm checking on a regular basis to make sure my 'requested' seats in Upper aren't change prior to our flights in September.
