So we have booked our second upper class flight back to Grenada and SIBR, I've logged onto our booking and the plane stated is a 330 yet when I bring the seats up it shows only three across in upper class. I've checked the flight seat website and it seems that three across is a dreamliner not a 330. I've stuck down 7a and 6a as not to close to the bar.

The questions I have is , as we are a couple are in front and behind the best or should we go across the isle ( last time we were like this and felt a little isolated from each other) and do the Dreamliner fly to Grenada or is to showing the wrong seat plan ( we dont fly till mid May).

Trust some regular flyer will be able to advise, thanks

It could be that you are in luck and the 330 that will fly you to Barbados in May will have undergone the planned refurbishment and have a similar configuration to the 787 - i.e. 3 across with "A" Seats (port side of the aircraft) facing "the wall" and the other two rows facing one another.

However a word of caution - anything can change and it may be that you are on a 330 that still has four rows, if the planned refubs fall behind.

I'd always go for seats next to each other rather than across the aisle, as in the latter you are quite a way apart in head to head terms...

Thanks guys, ok so could be a refurbed 330, I will keep my eyes out on the seat map in case it changes, it's amazing you all know so much.
On another note I entered our flying club details on the manage my booking page along with the seats but didn't notice a section to add your passport details, as you did on the old layout, any ideas Buns?

From recent posts here, it would seem the ability to add passport (and other details) appears to present itself at OLCI.

But with the IT system being all over the place at the moment, who really knows what is going on >-( I am half expecting a TV Advert to appear soon - "Build your own VS IT System in 52 weekly parts, Part 1 only £1.99" :-P

We are usually a three (or a two when Jnr chooses Malaga over Caribbean) and we like 6A, 7A and 8A, although this is in the old/current version of A330. The reason being, the A and K sides have longer seats than the other. We like "A" purely because it's a quick getaway when leaving the plane. I also like to "look down the plane" rather than having everyone looking down the plane at me.

On our last trip to ANU the change of website had happened and we couldn't seem to add passport details, although I tried on various browsers. At OLCI the information was already there, so it must have filed itself at some point.
