Reward Flight Refunds

Anyone cancelled a reward flight recently? Last one I did was over a year ago and it took approx 6 wks for taxes to be refunded, does anyone know if it is any quicker now?

I had to cancel my flight for October a couple of weeks ago, miles came straight back and refund about 5 days later.
Just don't hold me to the vagaries of Virgin's accounts department.
