I'm Au, and applied three years ago for a household account to unite my wife's account with mine and pool miles. Got back a generic email saying as soon as the system upgrades were complete they would do it. Pandemic. Fair enough, leave it for now.
Remembered recently, so applied again and got back exactly the same generic reply, about waiting on a computer upgrade!
What's going on? Should I simply call and push them to do it or is it genuinely a computer issue? We'd really like to pool our resources.
