Hi all really need some help if possible. I have a reward booking in place to fly in January and VA have cancelled my return flight. The new return date is not suitable therefore I have called this morning and they have refused to rebook me on new flights as there is no reward availability is this correct.
This is the second time this has happened where my flights were cancelled and they changed without issue.
They have offered me a refund of flights and money but flat refusing to re-book on dates of my choice.
Is this correct considering they cancelled my flight and should I be able to pick new dates whether there is reward availability or not?
I now want to fly at a totally later date.
I have checked and there is ample room and general availability just no reward seats for my choice of new dates.
