Retreat Suite and possible aircraft change

Just grabbed another miles deal for the end of the year and the return flight out of JFK is on a neo at the moment. Both suites up for grabs at £274 each - Im guessing if there is an aircraft change, they would refund the payment automatically ?

And can anyone tell me if the cost is worth while on the short return out of JFK ?

Yes if aircraft change you’d get refunded.

LHR- JFK 6-7hours with around 50min-1hr of boarding time. Personally I wouldn’t book it for JFK as it’s short flight. I definitely wouldn’t book it either for JFK-LHR.

But if you want to book it, do it! It’s a great experience.
I managed to book 2 retreat suites for Miami next year at £256 each.

refund yes, quickly no. I have had 4 individual flights with RS cancelled on me, had to chase up refunds every time
