QC3's great, but need that extra charger along (more space taken up in the luggage!) still have and love my QC2's.

never fortunate to get the QC1.... so I am tragically un-groovy, baby. (yeah)

Result,

Bose are sending me a pack to return them for immediate replacement as they have accepted there is an issue with the headbands.

Thanks for the thread Decker and three cheers for Bose.

Actually saw a picture of the QC3? in a sunday paper and they look far better than I expected. Did think they would be like those ear defenders people wear on the tarmac at airports but no, they looks sleek and well designed.

They are, my biggest frustration with the QC2's was the size of the ear phones, they reminded me of the cheap ones we used to have at school[V], a major reasons why QC3's are far better IMHO.

They may look sleek and nice but the do not "encapsulate" the ear like QC 1 & 2's and therefore (in my opinion) cannot possibly match the sound/noise cancelation quality.

Isn't is weird how your dis-like of the QC3's are the exact same reason for my preference of them[:?], weird how peoples likes/dislikes are so very different (makes life more fun though I guess)
