Just returned from flying Upper Class and the following is the latest menu, hope it is helpful to someone:

UC Menu for VS09,VS11,VS17,VS25

Starters:
Pea & Mint Soup
Tomato, Mozzarella & Olive salad
Crayfish, Avocado & Tomato Tian

All Served with warm Breads

Mains:
Fillet of Beef served with Bearnaise sauce, pan fried potatoes
Chicken Katsu served with rice
Grilled tiger prawn salad served with noodles
Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli

Pudding:
Warm Sticky Toffee Pudding served with double cream
Lemon Tart served with vanilla ice cream

UC Menu for VS02,VS10,VS12,VS46

Mains:
Fillet of Beef served with chive mash & bordelaise sauce
Seared Salmon served with Basmati rice
Vegetable ravioli

All served with warm breads

Pudding:
Chocolate mousse slice

Just an update as some of you seem concerned about the lack of cheese and port, plus the extra bites:

VS09,VS11,VS17,VS25
Cheese & Port:
Stilton, Red Leicester & Camembert

Extra Bites
Classic Beef Burger
Lamb Kofta Kebab
Cheese Croquettes

VS02,VS10,VS12,VS46
Cheese & Port:
Brie, Roquefort & Mature Chedder

The menu will be changing over in the next week or so.......the menu for VS15 is the same right now as posted for the VS9, 11, 17 and 25 though the Mad-hatter afternoon tea is also offered which is sandwiches, warm scones, and a selection of mini cakes.

The extra bites option is the classic beef burger.

Thanks Jon, wondering if ordering a diabetic meal has any effect while travelling in UC.
I can normally get by and when in PE cc have been quite helpful with fruit etc rather than the tea and cakes.

I thought I would get away with it recently by just having the bacon roll (with brown sauce, of course). How wrong I was.....
