I've got flights booked in May on VS metal to ATL then on to Key West with DL, all on a single PNR booked though VS with 932 eticket prefixes.
I can access the reservation on both DL & VS websites and apps by plugging in the VS PNR (the new one issued after website changes) although on DL it's own PNR then shows having successfully accessed it using VS's. My question centres on our etickets, there are two of us travelling:
My eticket number is the same for both the VS & DL flights and shows as such on both VS & DL sites/apps. However my partner's eticket shows the same number for both flights on the DL site (the next number in sequence to mine) but on the VS site, whilst still the same number for both flights, it's a very different eticket number from DL's - although still with 932 (VS issued) prefix.
Is all OK or could there be a ticketing issue - does anyone know? I specifically booked a "though ticket" so we'd be protected in the event of one leg of journey being delayed.
All advice appreciated
