Just booking some travel - BAA staff permitting - and noticed a few things:
- I've now spent over 1 million FC points, 1,160,000 to be precise, which is quite a lot, and most come from actual flying and not CCs
- a PE W class fare to New York (JFK and EWR) has risen from £1,650 in May 2009, through £1,919 in September 2009 to £2,022 in June 2010 and currently £2,124 - that's quite some hike although a fair chunk is higher taxes I think
- you don't pay a CC fee if using a US registered credit card

There's a plane at JFK, to fly you back from far away
all those dark and frantic transatlantic miles
