If first reports are accurate and a suicide bomber has managed to get into the baggage reclaim area of an airport, that is some serious security breach...

Sky News are now reporting it was in the "Meet & Greet" of international arrival.

A BMI flight landed 4 mins after the attack, however a BA flight landed at 15.46 local, about 45 mins before the attack. Hope it was a slow disembarkment...

I hope there is no massive over-reaction (especially by our American Friends) to this.

Sympathies to dead and injured.

Really scary stuff!

Looks to be confirmed as international arrivals!

High death toll on this too, fingers crossed the rest of the injured are ok!

Arrivals did not seem at all secure last time I went through.
A very crowded area where tour groups gather with guides.

Very hard to see how it could be made secure - same as at any airport, or indeed at any transport arrival facility.

Sad news, thoughts are with all those involved.
