The taxi to the airport took about 10 minutes. Upper class check in only had 1 couple in front of us but PE and Economy were bursting at the seams! When we got to the check in desk I commented that it must be a full flight and we were told the flight was over sold and would we be interested in voluntary standing down. I asked what this would entail, she replied they would put us up in Beaches Negril and fly us home the following Tuesday. Being retired with no commitments it was very tempting but the thought of the 2 hour taxi ride to Negril on Jamaican roads finally put me off. We then made our way to the Mo Bay lounge which was very good much better than the lounge at Kingston.
Boarding was called on time and priority boarding was clearly marked and woking well.

To make up for Mr D IFE not working the very pleasant young lady serving us, ask what our choice of main meal was, she would put them to one side being last to be served they were likely to run out of choices before they reached us.

I managed to watch 1 film " The Debt " which was quite good and fell asleep watching the second. I was awaken when the breakfast trolley reached us. We were served an omlette and mushrooms, tea or coffee. Still being on Jamaican time ( 2:30 am ) I failed to have any appetite for mine. I noticed a lot of discussions going on with 4 passengers opposite us, they were refusing to accept the breakfast on offer. The FSM came to speak to them and shortly after returned with bacon rolls AND tomato sauce from Upper Class. I did think to ask what their complaint was for future reference.

Once again the 2 cabin staff worked extremely hard all trough the flight and were still smiling at the end, even with the professional moaners sitting opposite us still quibbling about something as we disembarked!
