V-Port Screen Size on Exit/Bulkhead rows?

Can anyone tell me whether the screen size of the exit and bulkhead row seats is the same as the seatback screens for the other/normal seats? Just occurred to me that its possible that the screens for the exit and bulkhead seats could be different to the others? Am I right or wrong?

Hi Vizbiz!

I believe them to be the same.We were on the lgw 744 in bulkhead seats and the tvs were postioned in the arm rests and you just pull them up.They may actually be slightly bigger & better quality.

Perhaps someone could elaborate if i am incorrect.

They are the same size in Y and W, cannot comment on Upper as I am yet to have the honour!!!

If it is in UCS upper then all of the screen are embedded into the UCS itself meaning that the bulk-heads (of they have any) would be the same as the others on that aircraft

Yep bulkhead and exit rows have the same screens I believe. I think it is only the mounting system that changes as of course there is no seat in front (it comes out of the arm rests). Upper has an altogether larger screen

Travelling to BGI from LGW next month. Is the screen size the 10.4 inch in UC the same as that on V:Port or does the screen size differ depending on the system, like BA?

It does depend on the system. However, although I couldn't tell you the exact size, on the older systems the screens are still a decent size in UC. Don't forget that there are also portable DVD players and a range of DVDs available for the asking.

Cheers Sailor. How many films are available on these DVD players? Are they for UC pax only or are they available for all classes?

I can tell you that on V-port all tvs are same (12") I think even at BLKD and Exits. on the other systems the tvs are the same except on J2000 where they are smaller than ones built into the seat.

Though from memory, there doesn't seem to be that much in it, right? Though the only time I've done a bulkhead in J2000 was on WOW, so it was v:port anyway.
