Is that the branch that used to deal with European breaks? If so, I was wondering that [:?] Haven't see their brochures about for a long while now.

I think the last brochure they did was 2001. I went to Portugal with them in their last year and have a vague recollection of them selling to First Choice.

Yea I went to Crete with them in '01, from NEMA, they were cheap and cheerful for a package holiday!

Ah yes, we called them the 'flying banana's' here because of the bright yellow planes. They used to fly A320's (and A321's?) on charter operations.
I wish Id flown them.

They flew A320/1s from LGW and MAN I think to leisure destinations around Europe. They eventually were sold to what is now First Choice.

At that time, First Choice was branded as Air20000. Does anyone know if was sold due to lack of profit etc...?

After this topic was raised I noticed that my son still has a model of the flying banana in his bedroom - could be a collectors item one day!
