Hi Julian,

Not at the door, although in the past they used to offer it at check in when they knew it was going to be quiet.

I believe you can buy entrance in advance via Virgin Holidays, but this doesn't include the Salon treatments.

Hi Julian,

You can if your flight is booked with Virgin Holidays - you can call them and pay for access (although only at London CH's). I'm not aware of any ability historically to purchase access to the IAD CH, to be honest.

If not - I'm afraid not. The only ways in are:

VH prepay voucher
Upper Class Ticket (or guest)
Gold Card holder (or guest)
Amex Centurion
FlyingCo. Voucher as an employee of a FlyingCo. company

Hi Julian,

The current price for VH bookings (they no longer offer anything at Check-in at LHR) is £65, I believe (maybe £60?), per visit to the LHR CH.

It's been discussed quite a bit around other threads on the forums - a quick check through the search tool will yield many results for this topic ;)

Might be an idea to add something about paid CH access to the FAQs. The Clubhouse entry mentions most ways of gaining access but misses the VH paid access method in London.

Phil

P.S. FAQ entry also misses the Flying Co method

Hate to beat a dead horse but it is only the UK Amex Centurion. Sorta ironic as the card is called the American Express card.

Also the Singapore Airlines PPS Club card allows access to the CH and Solitaire/Life PPS members have access to Revival's when arriving on SQ322. (Sad part is I did not have to look that up).

Now Paul I guess you are getting old and forgetting things. [^] Youth. Hahhaahh. :)

Oh snap. Also BMI Gold cards allow access; and maybe the easiest way with there status matches. BTW-Star Gold does not allow access.

BMI Gold is only for the card holder and only at LHR.

In regards to the previous question, you could always book a flydrive via VH; in fact sometimes it is actually cheaper to do this than book a flight only via VS or a TA. Especially if you use your 10% FC discount.

Thanks,
Richard
