Just watched a DVD called "Red eye" starring Albert Finney. Story revolves around a woman kidnapped so that someone can assasinate a politician. Thing is she got on the plane that taxied out as an Airbus 320, took off as a 737 classic, showed the seat pocket in front of her with a 767 safety leaflet in it then it landed as a later model 737. Not bad for one flight.

Typical Hollywood. Can't get the easy thing right when it comes to aviation in movies

Oh gosh :) - Don't even try to show an airplane movie at an Aerospace school.

I'd love to fly on one of those Movie Airplanes. Even cattle class looks 5 time bigger than it actually is. And all those passages and crawl spaces for the baddies to move around/exit/enter through!

I saw one movie where the main character was flying in what looked like a slightly large bizs jet and then stepped out of an MD-11. Also, in the last file where I saw this happen (something to do with lawyers in NY?) they did the approach in an A320 and landed in an A330;)

Cheers,

ISTR when Rebel Billionaire was on TV there was a shot of everyone boarding an A346 then cut to a 744 taxiing then to an A343 taking off, on the downside it looked like the director didnÕt have a clue, but on the upside good for VS showing off the fleet.
