Since VS 'updated' their website recently; has anyone else been unable to check the seat plans via update booking ? I can get as far as selecting from the list of flights they've located from your flying club no. but once I click on the flight it returns a "We're sorry there has been a problem"...[?]
I've had the same problem, first noticed it a few days ago and it's still the same now. Like you I can see my flight listed but when I click on it this message comes up We have been unable to process your request. You can either return to the home page and try again or contact us.

I remember back in early March (in another thread I can't find) Richard mentioning a few fixes were imminent but here we are heading into April with the same problem. It's not life & death, as other posters have stated it is possible to get to your booking by entering the details manually!

Thanks Daffy, mine works too! Talk about coincidence that I happened to ask again about this just before it got fixed
