I've been taking photos of aircraft as a hobby for 2 or 3 years now and am constantly striving to get great shots. I've got over 300 pics up on http://www.airliners.net with such varied views as cockpits, window views, seaplanes landing on water, concorde, you name it.

One photo however stands head and shoulders above the rest in terms of "hits" and has today passed the 100,000 mark. The strange thing is that technically, it's a pretty poor photograph (grainy and not level)

5 times as many viewers looked at this instead of a 747 landing low over Maho beach... and hey, I'm in it as well!

Isn't Upper Class wonderful!! :D

When I first posted that shot I got an email from a guy in Europe asking how on earth it could be the "Upper" Class bar when he could see the stairs to the upper deck in the mirror (along with yours truly!). !

Fab photo John - well deserving of all those hits! I just smile when i see the Upper Bar in all its glory :)

I've always liked all your cabin shots John. Its amazing how much more a wide angle lense makes to the picture.
