VEGAS LAKE MEAD

Hi iam new to v-flyer and am looking for some help.i am going to Vegas with a group of friends in Sept (cant bloody wait),and we would like to hire a boat on lake mead just to cruise fish and picnic and get a day away from the lights.can anyone recomend a rental co on lake mead...thank u.

What a faaaaaaabulous idea. Lake Mead is a really great spot and as much a contrast to the bustle of Las Vegas as you could possibly hope for. Enjoy [8D]

there are some great spots out there to just sit back and relax,but note..it gets very hot out there and in the afternoon the wind can get up and produce some nasty swells.
