""Nice" restaurants in Orlando"

I'm going to Orlando with my hubby on 27th April, and while we are there we celebrate our first wedding anniversary on 1st May. I'm looking for somewhere that's a bit nicer that your average buffet restaurant, but at the same time, don't want to spend much more than $50 per head. Any recommendations?

Also, has anyone tried Sleuths dinner-show? Is it worth a visit?
