It's all electronic, Gareth. You have to claim it within 12 months, but it can be booked as far as 11 months in advance, so *technically* it's valid for 23 months.

Great, thanks. Now I just need to decide how best to use it [:?]

I received mine last week.

What I didn't understand was why the expiry date on my card was a month later than the expiry date on my statement. Does anyone know the reason for this?

Yes - overlap period to allow time for your renewal pack to arrive.

Thanks,

That's more down to the true 13 calendar month renewal period after the first renewal. It's one months overlap whilst your new card arrives (which covers that overlap period). Obviously you have until the end of the previous calendar month to requalify, if you don't you get a month's bye-bye period of using the premium SIlver or Gold benefits.

Thanks,
Richard

P.S My tags arrived this morning - look quite nice.

Well they are being done by a fulfillment house and there are very few left to be fulfilled (allegedly), though mine are now on re-order as my name was incorrect on the tags.

Thanks,
Richard

No sign of my pack either, despite having been Au for years. Makes one really feel valued...

Mine was on the mat this evening when I got home.
I do hope that these are only interim packs, as they are missing the nice black notebook. The pack just looks cheap in comparison to the last one received.
