But when you say new seats?? how can they really improve on the existing ones ? The existing are flat / very comforable etc
OK the IFE is crap and we all know it needs to be improved

Have everyone facing the same way and get rid of the fan - working out the fan etiquette scares me.

Though I've never flown CW, NCW or NNCW I can't really comment on it other then pics I've seen, it does look really narrow so a bit more room could be better.

They aren't comfortable if you're 6ft or more tall. If you are 6ft1 with broad shoulders they are worse than J2000. Spent 15 hours each way to EZE in NCW 18 months back and slept hardly a wink.

BC you should have downed a bottle of their fine wine and maybe you would have slept -

Agree with BC on this, the NNCW seat we were in last year were a little narrow for me and the seat was hard, still slept well though, waking up mid flight with the lights down low it's kind of like a coffin...I had no problems flying backwards, though the landing was a little strange.

Put the blanket on the seat instead of on top of you. It makes it less hard.

Can understand why the larger people amongst us struggle. I'm 5'11" and find it fine as I sleep in a slight foetal position. If I lay out straight and was a couple of inches taller I'd struggle.

As for the seat I know little apart from the fact it can't be too good or else nobody will be in First until the new version of the is revealed next year...

I had no problems with it as a seat, but as someone who lays on their stomach streched out it was a little difficult to get comfortable.
