We had a guy come in to check-in for a Delta flight a couple days ago.

4am, and he comes in wearing sunglasses. Now I'm thinking to myself, what an idiot; there's nowhere darker at 4am than our little regional airport, what the hell does he need sunglasses for?

Perhaps he got a hold of the bbc story [:?]

Got back from LA yesterday, so when should I wear my sunglasses? If the time difference is eight hours behind for the west coast, should I have them on in the morning?[:?]

Cheers,

Hi, Mat!

That article is tantalizing but it stops before giving us what we need: will you volunteer to ring up the sleepcentre for the juicy detail on when and for how long to wear the sunglasses? With two upcoming trips to the UK I'd like to be prepared.[8D]

Thanks! Chuck-
