I want to have a gift delivered to my daughter for her 18th during our flight. I have checked V website and the cake looks more for kids than an 18 year old. She doesn`t drink alcohol so champagne etc is out. Am I missing something on their website or can other things be ordered? If anyone has any suggestions for a gift that can be delivered on the flight, I would love to hear them.
Also, reason for my recent posting on the freedom menu. Do you think it would be too cheeky to ask if a bacon sandwich (her favourite)could be sent from UC to her in ecconomy?( her friend is travelling with her and she didn`t want to pay extra for UC).
Thanks

Why not ring pre-order Duty Free and ask about other items from their catalogue being delivered as her gift. They may also have a way of looking into that illicit Bacon Sandwich, too!

If you tell the crew that it's your daughter's birthday then they may be abit lenient. However, it may be a problem if she eats it around other pax in Y. If you're in UCS, then you could invite her up to sit with you on the ottoman and ask if she could have a bacon roll there.[:?]

Thanks, Is that possible? We would obviously make sure they are nice and quiet and respect other pax if they could come to see us for a short time?

I'm not completely sure if it is textbook, but perhaps you could talk to the FSM before the flight?
