Great FC service

Myself and 3 mates are off to Hong Kong & Shanghai in May and I've decided to treat them to UCS using my miles on the way home.

I was down to my last 48633 but was due to have another small injection from my VS miles earning CC so that would take me back up the the required 50k. I was getting a bit worried though as the reward allocation may dry up before I get a chance to book it.

I rung up today and asked if there was any way I could "owe" the small amount of miles and make the booking today? NO PROBLEM!

The very pleasant agent from the premier team even offered a "very good" seat in 5k for my mate but was a wee bit surprised when I asked her to put him in 17k... right next to the rest of us and THE BAR!

Well done John! As a silver, I too have been allowed to "overdraw" for a short time, they are a great bunch at FC [y][y][y]

I was quite impressed with the service I received. After phoning the red number and waiting on hold for ages, I was passed to the premier team as I wanted to upgrade to Upper Class. They gave me an 0870 number to get back to them on though [V] Still, phoned back next day, booked my flight, and they were very helpful. The lady suggested seat 8A for me as I was travelling alone, hope it's ok

FC also once granted me a generous o/d as silver (15K) - I think they are a bit stricter now - but its nice to see it still happens!!
