Some VS people do and some don't.
I think its fair to say that if we ever get into a conversation with VS people then we ask them if they have heard of the site and maybe tell them a little about it - seat maps, Trip Reports and general questions being the themes I use. Sometimes I get a look of "you are mad" and other times they are really interested.
Often check in stafF are a bit busy but you will usually have time to chat with the crew on board or at the gate.
I then give them a business card so that they can have a look.
Some people leave the business cards in the VS lounge for other passengers to pick up and some naughty people leave them in other lounges and even at BA check in desks - which I don't use - so whilst I have not done this I probably would.
