Just checking my flight hime next week and it looks a little oversold!

I actually have S class tickets on both flights and have to change one. The annoying thing is that I will be chagred to remove myself from what appears to be a flight which will be oversold!

Anyone know what is going on next week in LA?

It's 4th of July weekend and everyone in the US travels, but it appears that many VS flights are full coming back to the UK which I think odd, though there are a lot of Americans in the UK now!

I'm booked on VS12 from BOS on the 1st of July and wanted to change to the 30th, no chance, totally full in PE, also from New York on the late evening flights, no chance again, totally full in PE. Though at least I'm top of the waitlist.

Another factor i've found is everyone's trying to get away before the school holidays start. Lots of couples who don't want to be around screaming kids and cheeky parents taking their kids out of school before the prices increase ten fold!!!

Most schools in the US are either out for the summer now, or will be in the next week. We've seen a surge in load factors in the US... the trend is generally that the first 2-3 weeks at the start of the summer holidays, and 2-3 weeks at the end are really packed.

We're currently running a load factor of about 98% on our BGM-ATL-BGM flights.

My mom is traveling VS2 on 08JUL, and even that appears to be pretty full- pre-assigned seats already allocated.
