If you wish to reserve the snooze zone, you should call reservations as I believe the seats are otherwise blocked to avoid pax who do not wish to sleep selecting these seats.

Enjoy your flight and I hope you enjoy V-Flyer!

BOS - LHR; snooze is the U/C section upstairs (front section). A couple of comments, there's only 5 rows up there - one suite on each side of the aircraft. the front couple of rows are close tot he two front toilets (so lots of noise/disturbance) and the back couple of rows are close to Premium Economy section, so trolley/meal service noise etc. Aim for the middle of the cabin...

This is correct. On a flight a couple of weeks ago IAD-LHR none of the front section of the A346 was available for booking. Turns out I should've called up, as the pax in my fave seat on these a/c (2K) had called up the week before. Online, these seats do not show available until online check in.

Cheers, Howard

Howard, it wasn't me, honest. :)

You're right that the whole section gets blocked out online, but the UC reservations team are happy enough to book you in. They should also make you aware of the Snooze Zone on check in if you have a seat in the zone -- at IAD they stamp your boarding pass in confirmation, although I have to say they usually don't mention it to me.
