Hi all,

Quick question: I booked two UC rewards seats last night (one full, one Econ UG to get me to Gold at last!) and I now hold two shiny booking references.

However, I've yet to receive any email confirmation / e-ticket info - should I be worried? Do I need to give FC a prod or should I leave it for a while? We're flying in November...

I've just booked 2 rewards, the first ones came off the FC account straight away and I got the e-Tickets a couple of days later.

The 2nd one took about 4 days to come through.

I think as long as you've got your references and can see the flights by retrieving your booking then all should be fine and they'll get around to it!

Reward etickets seem to take a little longer to come through than revenue ones.

Looking forward to seeing "Phase 2" of the Clubhouse - last time I was in there was pre-expansion. :)
