It says - Unable to access resort suppressed - 6261. Virgin themselves have tried my details and they are getting the same message. Why don;t they know whats wrong?

I suppose they probably should contact their own IT department to find the error. There's probably a glitch somewhere on the online system, which the reservations department would not know about.

I had this problem running with my last VH booking.

One of the required fields is to submit your date of birth, along with you name and booking ref to view online. Check that VH have your DOB details entered correctly - Mine was defaulted to 00/00/0000 which kept throwing up the same error message.

Good luck!!!! :D
