Why only UC passengers? Are not all passengers entitled to expect excellent service, whatever the class of travel [:o)]

In public air transport, all passengers in all classes can HOPE for 100% excellent service, however those in UC/1st are more likely to receive it - that's the way the world works (doesn't mean its right, but when did that ever matter [}:)]); anyone who believes differently probably needs to get out a little more ...
