This had all the Airbus fans on a.net screaming for joy. I think that this is great news for Airbus considering that the last version of the A350 being criticised and all the troubles internally that they have been having lately.

Having said that, I also think that the new 787 will be a cracker when launched but this new A350 is going to give the 787 AND the 777 a potentially hard time now in terms of attracting new orders if Airbus live up to its promises.

Have VS cancelled their A380 order? Sorry if I'm asking the worst question ever on this board, but all I've heard is that they are in negotiations about their orders.

Still, this is a very interesting move.

PS. I am not a member of A.net I merely read the posts and do a few image searches every now and then.
