New VA Amex Card online

Greetings all...

When I logged into my email this morning I had a message from VA notifying me of the new Virgin Amex card, with a link to the VA website.

2 new card types (White and Black), which earn 1 mile or 2 miles per £1 respectively, and give you 3000 or 6000 bonus miles to signup.

Anyone know if the bonus miles are open to those with the VA Mastercard?
