Has anyone heard about the Personal Account Management service team offered to elite passengers? I wondered what you have to do to qualify for this service (be famous or fly a lot) and whether it is worth having? :)

Sounds like it is for the V-50s who now have another name :)

Indeed. Generally only offered to the very top flyers, GBTOP's or V50's as you may hear them called, occasionally to other flyers that are well recognised.

You have to be flying a lot to warrant the service, think 100TPS a year. I guess its worth having in the sense that you'll have a member of staff look after your travel needs and they'll know you and your preferences very well and so can take of you more efficiently, though if you fly a lot, you get to speak to some very good people at Premier anyway who'll start to know the same. Horses for courses really.

Thanks,
Sarah

Also, if you control a large travel budget I would imagine that you would have PAM look after you.

My first thought was wives, husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends. But then I realised you means Partner airlines. They must all come from VS metal flights - or would a codeshare be valid?
