Hello!!

I've never managed to access my personal details on the virgin website online, though I have always logged on to check up on my miles. When I click on my "personal details" link my page has always been blank.... [xx(] Is this normal??!!

Today I saw a new entry in my statement saying that my card number has changed!! But when I check on the right hand side of my screen the number is still the one on my card..... and I still have the same number of tier points and same number of miles and I'm still silver.... [:I]

Has any of you seen this before?? I'm a bit confused..... [?][?]
