Hi I have two questions.

1)Firstly does anyone have a picture of the infant care chair that they can share or point me in the direction of a picture.

2)Does anyone know if the seats have to be positioned on any particular seating area of the aircraft in economy. We have pre-assinged seats on the ABC side of the plane but I'm hearing that they can only be posiioned in the middle of the aircraft or on the HJK side..
Any help would be greatfully recieved

Hi Pluto, i am not sure about this.I didnt know that VA did a infant care chair. We took our baby to St Lucia last year and we were sat in the bulkhead seats in the middle row of a 747.We were provided a sky cot which sits on a table in front of the seats.

If any one can help i am sure they will reply soon Pluto.

Infant care chair can NOT be used at bulkheads, and ISTBC need to be in a K seat (Window) or G seat (left hand centre aisle seat) with an over 16 adult immediately next to.

We had an infant care chair once but personally would not recommend them, they obviously give the child a more supportive ride, but in my opinion they are clumsy and restrictive especially once you are in mid flight, you are better off with a few extra cushions / blankets

Once in flight if you find that the child doesnt like it do you think it will be a problem having it removed?

[:(]

They un-strap fairly easily but you have no where to put it so you have to give it back to the Cabin Crew, which doesnÕt always go down well !!!![:#]
