Hi Steve,

I always thought there was wifi available in the clubhouse (tmobile) but on my last 2 visits, it seemed to have disappeared - although I was maybe unlucky and it was having an off day.

If you manage to get connected, there are plenty of sockets around and I suppose a quick question to a member of staff would allow you to use them.

I have never been as "confident" as some of the fellow travellers i have been with, who just seem to plug in anywhere ;)

For reasons that escape me just now (either it wasn't available at all or it was chargable) I didn't use my laptop in the lounge and instead used one of the 3 PC's supplied.

after the tip i did use one of the 3 pc's in the lounge

just a side note are the nice silver pens withthe red tail fin that are in there the same ones every one prizes so much that used to be in the uc amenity kits

very nice pens they are but one major problem i found with the one i used was that it had some sort of magnetic problem -it was very attracted to my lap top case --still is infact !!!

I've never seen those in the amenity kits. The ones we used to get before the horrid plastic ones were short and stubby. The ones you describe seem to bein the various Clubhouses. They do have a strange magnetic field right enough. There are five in my handbag from various trips [:w]

The silver tail fin pens were in the amenity kits a long time ago, i cant see why they don't reintroduce them, they still have stacks of them around! Might increase the value of the scrooge pack too :)

Thanks,
Sarah

Those red tail pens always seam to make there way in to my pocket. They should offer a Cross Oen Company version with the in flight duty free. I'd get one.
