BAA Visa Worldcard

Does anyone know how to set about getting BAA Worldcard miles transferred to FC? Clearly from various earlier threads this is possible, but there's no mention of it in literature accompanying the card and I've been on hold (& still am!) to RBS trying to get an answer!
