Company products?

Hello guys!

hope you are all well.

i am a university student, doing a project on Virgin Atlanic, and i thought i would come to the experts for help!

my section of the project is this:

"What does the company produce, sell, do?Specifics: Products and/or services, Primary, secondary and tertiary goods and services."

any light you could shead would be amazing! cheers guys!

Hmm - sounds like a Uni project alright - although most students that come onboard have at least done some of their own research to start with (Yes, HINT... What have you got already?)


So, I'd suggest the "All about us" section on VA would be a good place to start, along with their press kit. The press office site itself isn't bad either.

sorry i should have mentioned i have already looked on the official site. and at the pages you linked to me, i have gethered some information, just wondered if anyone had any other ideas of locations of documents with more in depth detail......

or if anyone had done a similar project on a similar topic, and posted any information on here.

Well thats certainly a great topic you have chosen to write about!!

Personally I don't think you really need any of us on here to make any comment at this point as everything you will need is contained on this web site, the Virgin Atlantic website and possibly on some of the non-specific forums like Flyertalk.

If you use the "member resourcses" page on the left of the forum and then use the "Trip Reports" and "ask a guru" sections then I think you will have more than enough to be going on with.

If after that you still need to ask a question about something then pop back in here and Im sure that we would all be delighted to help.

Sounds to me like the original standard question you get for an assignment, and the responses so far have been kind.

If you want to tap the audience here, and sound like some work has been done already, it would be good to start asking some open questions with some specific intent, thereby showing that you 'yourself' have put some thought into what it is you are asking.

I run a website for a club, and was approached by some uni students for their project, they too had a generic topic question similar to yours, they had some questions for me that they had put together to help them progress with their task.

Hmm. If you'll give me a quick 10000 words on '...the extent to which the "White Australia Policy" of 1830 to 1973 continues to influence the development of multi-culturalism in Australia today', due in a couple of weeks, I'm sure I could rattle off an essay on Virgin.

What course are you on? I probably should have chosen it! [:?]
