Hi,

The VA website says that Upper Class passengers now have access to the Air New Zealand lounge in terminal 2 at LAX. Does anybody know if non-Upper class passengers can pay for access to the lounge?
We are flying back from Papeete to LAX (overnight) and then have a 6 hour wait for VA PE flight to LHR, it would be nice to be able to use the showers in the lounge.

Thanks

Long and expensive route of buying a US Airways Club membership. $550 but can access all Star Lounges. Requires a same-day ticket on the corresponding Star Alliance airline so I assume you would meet the rules.

The other option is to pay to join the Qantas Club, which gets you into any OneWorld lounge worldwide (1 year costs Au$625 or £252) but you do have to by travelling on a OneWorld airline that day.
