BKK in April

I will be in BKK in April and was wondering the best airline to fly with who has the best business class directly from Europe.I would love to fly VS but no direct flights. I suppose the best are BA or Thai from London or Europe but which is the best. Also has anybody stayed in the Landmark Hotel?
