I found a scorpion in my hotel room last year .... in a hotel near Stratford on Avon - weird or what eh?

Suffice to say I got the room free that night after the offending beastie was removed!!

A similar story. While walking thru Seaworld Orlando my Friends 8 year old complained of a pain in his foot, so his caring parents said leave it a while and the pain will go.
Well about 15 mins later the poor fellow was in tears so his dad removed his trainer and there was a Scorpion in the Lads sock.
We took him to the health centre where they told us it was a common occurrence in Florida and the scorpion was a Bark Scorpion that can deliver a sting but not dangerous.
