Flight Pod?

Excuse me if this has been brought up, but I attempted a search using google and nothing popped up. I was looking around ebay and I saw this. It's called a Flightpod or Flight Pod, and I've certainly never seen it or heard of it before. It also has VS's new logo so it must be fairly recent. Can anyone fill me in?

Yup, thats the one here it is on the VAA website. So not a pic of the new Amenity Kit.
