1. The idiot who lives round the corner from his mum and drives round in his souped up sports car and revs the monster at the end of my drive for ten minutes and doesn't even get out before tearing off down the road

2. Bad service from anyone

3. People who park in the Parent and Child spots when I (the childminder) have 3 babies to get out of the car in a narrow normal spot (not easy).

4. People who walk out in front of your car obviously believing that they won't get run over if they don't look at you

5. Losing socks in the wash (where do they go?)

On the "parent and child spots" issue...

TECHNICALLY, there's no "age limit" on it. If I take my mum shopping, I presume I'm allowed? [:w]

No. If it referred to MBNA, then it would be an oxymoron

In light of today's weather, I'd like to add getting into the car on a cold/freezing morning;)

[y] have to agree with that one, also of course living here, getting into the car after it's been sitting in the car park for more than say 2 minutes in the summer [:0]

1. Use of the comparative word 'more' with an adverb when 'more' is not even necessary, e.g. more quickly instead of quicker.
And that qualifies as the saddest pet hate so far in this thread.
2. People who use debit/credit cards to pay for piddling amounts at the checkout.
3. Anyone, except lorrdrivers, who travel at less than 75 mph on a motorway.
