I can't check or update my booking at all the website just tells me that it cannot find my booking.

I didn't have any problem before and wanted to check what seats were available in the hope of changing for better ones online.

I can find my bookings manually, and my Washington appeared linked in my bookings, and then when I edited my Boston trip (for Sun) the Washington one went MIA.

Some wierd things going on, I think I'll check them tomorrow and see if it's sorted out.

I can still only access my booking when inputting the details manually. When I click on the booking that is linked to my FC account it still tells me there is an error. When I mentioned this to FC the other night they said there is nothing they can do and just to keep doing it manually!.

Not sure how to check a booking manually, how do you do it. I just go to Manage your flights and put in the details. Is there another way to do it?[:?]

The way you are doing it is the manual way. The automatic way works if you input your FC number when making the booking (online or via FC on the phone) and then when you are logged into your FC account and go into the "update booking" section there is a list of your future flights and you just click on the one you want it and it takes you straight into the booking without having to enter your booking ref and flight number etc.

Well, the makeover didn't last long:

Unfortunately we have had to temporarily suspend the update booking facility, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will reinstate it on the 1st February but if you are travelling before then please contact us on the numbers on the following page.

This outage was nothing to do with the makeover. I was told today why there was an outage as the site runs on our kit. It was not a technical fault I might add.

My forthcoming flights have totally disappeared. Whether I go in using FC number or enter details manually - nothing [:?] Anyone else's flights done a runner?

Problem sorted, I've just spoken to premier who have advised that the times of both outward & return flights have changed and when this happens the whole flight is not visible on-line. She explained that when they notify customers of the change it is then possible to view the flight again. She immediately made a note in the system that I had been notified and straight away my flights are visible again.

A couple of weeks back, when just the outward flight disappeared, I rang FC. Not being Au (and thus not used to calling the premier number!) I made the mistake of calling the general number, forgetting that anyone flying UC is entitled to call premier! The person I spoke to on that occasion simply said it is due to a schedule change and I would have to wait until the system updates before I'd be able to view the flight again - possibly a few days.

Just wish there was some consistency - we shouldn't expect good service only from the premier team. Anyway, problem resolved [y]

Yes I still have this problem, when I mentioned it to FC the other day they said that there is nothing they can do about it and it will never work again, so for this flight just to input the details manually.

I had the same issue - when I spoke to FC about it they said they would report it to the IT team

The link at the top worked fine for me this morning, but now it isn't again. Still not a big deal.

I've now phoned premier team three times over the last week or so (the first time being on 6/2 as per my previous post) and each time they say the same thing - ie. flight time has changed, that is the reason for it not being accessible on "Update Booking". They then do something on the system their end and the flight shows fine....for a day or two! Just tried again and a horrible white screen flashes up containing this message.

Not impressed [n] Why can't they just fix it - they must be taking so many calls from people complaining about it!

Cheers

I've just spoken to them again this morning as once again, I can manually pull the flight data which includes my FC number, but it doesn't show as an available flight to update as it used to do.

I suggested they get one of the techies to look at the website as it used to work seamlessly until they tried to upgrade the utility!

Cheers
