Has anyone else been requested to complete an online survey when visiting the VS website.

It normally pops up just as you are leaving the website and asks various question regarding purpose of visit, areas of like / dislike, comparison to other sites, travel habits etc. One of the last questions is about what improvements you would like to see to the website.

The survey is undertaken by Novatris and you have the option of being entered into a draw for one of five £60 prizes on completion.

Yup.

They do it every 6/12 months, it's beome a regular feature now.

Yes, just completed one. On the USA version of the website, they ask you as you enter the website (every time!). I dutifully filled out the questions (about 10 minutes) and put in my 2 pet peevs at the end: (1) can't request just upgradeable fares, and (2) when a flight includes an upgraded leg, FC doesn't later credit ANY miles or tier points - you have to contact them and they do it manually based on fare paid. (I realise that the latter is not really a website problem, but where else can one complain!?)

US carriers may have their share of problems, but their web sites are more advanced (UA for example)

Feb back I was unhappy about my future trips no longer being automatically listed in the Update my Booking ection.
