Two exclusion groups...

Destinations - New York(JFK), Johannesburg (JNB), CapeTown (CPT), Sydney (SYD).

Timings - 01 APR 2007 - 21 APR 2007 & 01 JUL 2007 - 15 SEP 2007 (School holidays)

Somehow, I think not upgradabale, and most likely not miles earning, either.
