Well, tried to log into my account just now to get the following message:

"Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address."

I can get the front page and access pages without logging in, but on the front page when I go to log in I get the above message

Its been like it for several days now. Can't get all of my itineraries to show up. Those that do have me listed as female in the API, and I can't get any changes accepted(!)

Has anyone completed the recent online survey that pops up on the VS home page? Maybe it's random ... I absolutely lambasted the site. Wonder if it will effect any change.

I'm still having troubles. I can log in to flying club fine, but when I go to view my bookings, only my inbound flight in June is showing, and not the outbound. I also tried e-mailing VA customer services, and got a very unhelpful automated reply saying

Error delivering to Customer Services/VAA/LON/EA/VTG; Cannot store document; database has too many unique field names. Please ask your administrator to compact the database

Surprisingly though, the APD payment went through fine though [:(]

Yep, got the survey - I think most people have been doing - twice in fact. But I didn't do the site down too much. Partly because I have not personally had too many problems, but also I wanted to stand some chance of winning the competition!

My account was ok until last night (although all my future flights have disappeared from "Manage Your Booking" area), but now I can't even log in, only showing the following message.

"We're sorry your account is currently unavailable. Please try again later or contact your Flying Club helpline."

Hope it back to work soon, need to do online check in a few hours!
