OMG !!!
Thats great, how did you come by it?
So, yet again, another edited biased piece of film made to give the impression that All Americans, all 240 million of them are stupid.
Very funny...Not.

Anti-american rubbish once again.

Looking at the current state of this country, Alan, that would be - rather depressingly - all too easy...
And to be fair, I don't think the makers of the film were seriously going out of their way to convince us that 240 million people are stupid. Do you? I think it's something called 'satire'...

Exactly, in every country there is a fare share of idiots if you look for them.

I am English btw, born, raised educated in the South of England.
Be it any country in the world, if you film enough of the locals you will find people that cannot answer questions about pretty easy things.
There is in fact a TV show that has just started over her called Are you smarter than a 5th grader, it's hosted by Jeff Foxworthy, if it wasn't for the 20 commercial breaks (got to love Tivo) the show would be pretty funny, if I remember correctly it is a rip off of a Howard Stern bit he did a couple of years ago, but it translates well to TV. link
I will say this though, Americans are the worst when it comes to world geography.

An American once told me ( when I was in the States) that she would not want to visit the UK because Saddam Hussein could drive there from Iraq!![:I]
Now I guess, technically if he used the channel tunnel he could?[:w]
And I have heard Brits state that they should be able to drive from Florida to California in a few hours also taking in the Grand Canyon...
Oh and Iforgot the amount of Britys who take their own tea with trhem because you can't get British Tea in the USA. Whare are these tea plantations in the UK I wonder...

Ah, thanks for that, Dean, my mate!
Chuck-
Cheers, and apologies to Ben for missing you out and Dave for getting your heritage wrong [:I]

I've met a few Americans here in Korea that have thankfully reminded me never to generalise about a country's people. They are even in the US Military!
Great guys the lot of them, and most importantly we share a passion for Beer, Music and Sport.... Their geography's not bad either. They all know where the 38th parallel is.

Judging from the accents and the palm trees, I am guessing this is a sampling of the geniuses who populate the American South. God love them.

Glad to see another great British export, rampant superiority complex

There's a plane at JFK, to fly you back from far away

yes I wasn't totally sure about that figure, mostly on the edges of the continent as well I think?
Yes, it's easy to spend a few hours on the street asking questions then edit the responses to create the effect wanted.
However, for me the best comedic value came from the straight, deadly serious response made by the guy who had perhaps sussed out what was expected of him (or not), when asked why he found Korea troubling, gave the response: "Their attitude."

That was amusing, however anyone that is asked quickfire questions can get them wrong.
First time to the States I was so nervous at immigration I forgot my home address. How stupid did I look.

Yeah - we had someone in Vegas make the comment to us that 'must be great to just do a quick drive to Spain', in the same breath as asking us how long a flight it is to the US from the UK....
